• Full payment for your trip may be required before final confirmation. Payment schedules will be provided at the time of booking.

• All itineraries are subject to availability and changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments and Fees

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your travel arrangements.

• Final payments are due as per the terms provided during booking confirmation.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposits.

• Payment methods accepted include credit cards or bank transfers depending on the travel supplier.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the supplier (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.). Please refer to specific supplier policies provided during booking.

o Cancellations made within 90 days of departure may incur full penalties.

o Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier’s policies and any applicable service fees.

• Supplier-Initiated Cancellations: Cozy Adventure Vacations is not responsible for cancellations made by third-party suppliers, but we will assist in securing alternate arrangements where possible.

6. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes made after a booking has been confirmed may incur additional fees, depending on the supplier’s terms.

• We will endeavor to accommodate requests for changes but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

7. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you against trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

• Cozy Adventure Vacations is not responsible for losses incurred due to failure to purchase insurance.

8. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Cozy Adventure Vacations acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers.

We cannot be held responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• We are not liable for delays, injuries, damages, or losses due to weather, acts of God, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.

9. Accessible Travel

• Cozy Adventure Vacations specializes in accessible travel experiences. We work with suppliers to accommodate clients with special needs or disabilities. However, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any specific requirements during the booking process.

10. Health and Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel and meet the health requirements for any destination.

• We recommend consulting with your physician prior to travel for advice on vaccinations and other health-related concerns.

• Cozy Adventure Vacations is not responsible for any health issues that may arise during your travels.

11. Travel Documents

• You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are in order prior to departure.

• Failure to comply with immigration, customs, and security regulations may result in denial of travel without refund.

12. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during travel. Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a trip or tour without compensation.

• Any damages or expenses incurred as a result of inappropriate behavior are the responsibility of the client.

13. Force Majeure

• Cozy Adventure Vacations is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or strikes.

• In the event of such occurrences, we will do our best to assist with rebooking or refund options, subject to supplier policies.

14. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and materials on the Cozy Adventure Vacations website and marketing materials are owned by us and cannot be reproduced or used without written consent.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

• Cozy Adventure Vacations is committed to protecting your personal information.

Any data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing travel services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
